Privacy Policy

GetZelling is a registered Florida fictitious name of GZ PropTech Inc., a Florida corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the GetZelling website and related forms (including on gz-gz-website.web.app and, when live, getzelling.com). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, for example when you:

Request a listing plan, buyer advisory, or contact an advisor
Request a MarktMind™ sample report or market updates
Subscribe to our newsletter or similar email updates
Create a My GetZelling account, save homes or searches, or add a note to a saved home
Call or email us

That information may include your name, email address, phone number, property interests (such as location, property type, budget, or timeline), messages you send us, and similar details you choose to share.

My GetZelling stores your account identifier, verified email, name, Terms and Privacy acceptance, optional marketing choice, and the listing identifiers and search criteria you choose to save. Firebase Authentication handles your password and sign-in. We do not put your password in our customer database.

We also receive technical information needed to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and the time of a request. Some of this is collected through security tools described below.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide property information or, once lawfully available, licensed brokerage services
Send sample reports, market updates, or other materials you requested
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and forms
Sign you in and restore your saved homes and searches across devices
Protect against spam, fraud, and automated abuse
Comply with law and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Email and marketing contacts (Brevo)

When you submit a form or subscribe, we may add or update your contact in our email platform (Brevo) so we can follow up on your request and, where appropriate, send market updates or related communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages, or by contacting us.

Creating a My GetZelling account does not automatically add you to a Brevo marketing list. The account's marketing checkbox is optional and separate from account creation.

4. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile in Invisible mode to help distinguish people from bots on our forms. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (for example IP address, browser characteristics, and related security data) solely to detect and block automated abuse.

As a condition of using Turnstile’s Invisible mode, we reference Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which describes how Cloudflare processes those signals:

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We group them into categories and ask for your choice the first time you visit:

Strictly necessary (always on): keep the site secure, protect our forms from automated abuse, and remember your cookie choice in a cookie named gz_cookie_consent for up to 6 months. My GetZelling uses Firebase Authentication browser storage to keep you signed in if you choose an account. We use session storage for a short lived pending Save Home or Save Search action and to remember, during a single visit, that you have already seen the opening animation and page transitions.
Analytics (off until you opt in): if we use an analytics service such as Google Analytics, it sets cookies like _ga and _ga_* to measure how the site is used. We review this information in aggregate.
Marketing (off until you opt in): only offered if we run advertising measurement, such as Meta (_fbp) or Google Ads (_gcl_*).

Optional cookies are not set until you accept them. “Reject all” is always as easy as “Accept all”, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the related cookies we can access.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.

Site code, fonts, and libraries are served from our own hosting. Google processes sign-in and account data through Firebase Authentication.

6. Service providers

We use trusted providers to host our website and process form submissions and email, which may include Google Cloud (hosting and related infrastructure), email delivery providers, and Brevo for contact management. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only as needed to provide their services.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

Saved homes and searches remain in your account until you remove them or request account deletion. Removing a saved item deletes that customer record. For an account deletion request, we verify your identity, remove saved items and profile data, and then delete the Firebase identity, subject to any records we must retain for legal or security purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email activate@getzelling.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

9. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
